Cross Promotion: We will give your home internet exposure on some of the most highly-trafficked real estate search engines, including:

Open Houses: Should you wish to hold an Open House, Realty Express will schedule it in the MLS and advertise the open day(s) and time on the above mentioned websites.

Professional Signage: A professional "For Sale" sign for your property, as well as "Open House" signs if you plan to schedule them.

Professional Highlight Sheets: We provide you with detailed Information Sheets for your property. These can be given to potential buyers at open houses, or when they view your property.

Personal Attention: When you decide to list your property with Realty Express, we walk you through the necessary listing paperwork, and provide you with forms you might need during the selling process. We take room measurements and photos of the interior and exterior (up to 25 photos) to be used for marketing your home.

Customer Service Center: Trained customer service representatives will be handling calls on your property. This ensures all interested buyers receive immediate attention and information.
